G/L Account Mass Status Change
The G/L Account Mass Status Change page allows authorized users to change account information for multiple accounts simultaneously.
To search for accounts and apply a mass status change, follow the steps below:
- To access the G/L Account Mass Status Change screen, go to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Chart of Accounts > G/L Accounts > Mass Status Change.
- To search for all accounts in the system, click Search. To narrow your search and limit your results, select any or all of the search fields as needed.

Field | Description |

Organization Set | The organization set on which to search. |
<Account> Number | The account element (base and detail) on which to search. |
Budget Type | The budget type on which to search. |
Budget Level | The budget level on which to search. |
Description | The description of the account on which to search. |
Account Status | The status of accounts on which to search. |
Through Fiscal Year | The account fiscal year on which to search. |
Account Type |
The account types on which to search. |
Assets | Indicates whether asset accounts are included in the search. When selected, all Asset accounts are returned. |
Liabilities | Indicates whether liability accounts are included in the search. When selected, all Liability accounts are returned. |
Fund Equities | Indicates whether fund equity accounts are included in the search. When selected, all Fund Equity accounts are returned. |
Revenues | Indicates whether revenue accounts are included in the search. When selected, all Revenue accounts are returned. |
Expenses | Indicates whether expense accounts are included in the search. When selected, all Expense accounts are returned. |
Project Requirement | The type of project requirement on which to search. |
Project Usage | The type of project usage on which to search. |
After you run a search on the accounts, the G/L Account Mass Status Change page displays a list of accounts that meet your search criteria.
- Update the values in the New Budget and Status Profile and Project Requirement/Usage fields with the data you want to apply to the list of G/L accounts found in your search.
- Click Apply to apply the new budget type, budget level, account status, and new budget and status information to the selected accounts.
